NVIDIA's H200 is getting back into China, one government approval at a time
The oddest thing about NVIDIA's return to China's data center market is how little it resembles a normal sale. An H200 can require U.S. export approval, an American inspection process and Chinese permission before the customer even gets to decide where the hardware will operate.
